New version of POPcon online - v4.0

The new version 4.0 of POPcon/POPcon PRO is now online. Some big changes:

• New: Parallel download of multiple POP3 or IMAP mailboxes at the same time (only PRO version)
• New: Now supports TLS1.2 encrypted connections
• Improved download speed
• Solved problems with timeouts when downloading emails with extremely large attachements
